The HealthCard Now Signature Series provides limited benefit insurance programs designed to reduce your health care costs and help protect your family in case of accident or critical illness. We provide options for those who cannot qualify for or cannot afford health insurance and those wanting to supplement a current health plan.
 In addition to numerous health, wellness and consumer savings features, Signature Series members receive limited benefit insurance under the Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Medical Care Insurance policy that is an added benefit of your membership.

The HealthCard Now program is provided through membership in America’s Health Care Consumer Association (AHCCA), a national membership organization committed to helping consumers save money. As part of your enrollment in AHCCA, you are automatically enrolled as a member of HealthCard Now. For some programs, active members are automatically included under the association’s group insurance policy for certain defined insured features.
All benefits provided by this insurance are subject to the terms, definitions, conditions, exclusions and limitations, of the group policy. To obtain more information about this insurance, please call 1-866-881-2346 and ask to speak to a licensed agent. All members of the HealthCard Now Signature 1000 and Signature 300 programs are enrolled into America's Health Care Consumer Association (AHCCA) to be eligible to receive these benefits. The insurance benefits are underwritten by The United States Life Insurance Company in the City of New York, NAIC#70106. United States Life is domiciled in the state of New York with a principal place of business of 70 Pine Street, NY, NY 10270 and licensed in all states, plus DC, except PR. These benefits are under Group AD&D & Medical Care Insurance Policy (Form #G19000) issued to America's Health Care Consumer Association (AHCCA) in Illinois. Coverage is not provided for members over the age of 64. Coverage becomes effective on the date provided in your membership materials.
